The Grounding Room
Emotions can be hard to navigate, meditation can help. This Podcast is designed to help support you in managing difficult emotions rather than pushing them away. While we feel the weight and pressure of the world on our shoulders this space is meant to give you a safe space to pause, breathe, and just be you.

Welcome today to the third eye chakra meditation, part six of a seven-part series. I am Christina and it is an honor to be with you for this guided meditation. The third eye chakra is located between the eyebrows and is the energy center of intuition, insight, and awareness. The color associated with the third eye is violet. And as always, if you would like to work with crystal energy during your practice today, you may choose from an ageurite or an amethyst. And you can either hold this in your hand or simply lay it on your belly. And once you find a comfortable position and are ready, either seated or laying down, we can begin. Let's start by bringing awareness to the breath, bringing the attention to the rib cage, and notice how it moves in and out with each breath. We're not trying to change anything here. We're simply feeling the belly as it expands and relaxes with the natural rhythm of the breath. And perhaps notice the temperature of the air as it leaves your lungs. With each breath, allow yourself to connect completely to your body. Notice if there are any feelings, sensations, or tensions that you're aware of in the body. And bring awareness to those spaces. Bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows, opening the mind to the third eye chakra. Begin to visualize a violet light illuminating your intuition. Feeling this energy expanding through your entire being. Embracing the sensation of this insight. As you begin to observe balance in your third eye, allow the positive energies to nourish and awaken the third eye with each inhale. And allow the exhale to free you from doubt and indecision. Simply breathe out any self-doubt, limiting beliefs, or mental blocks that no longer serve you. See if you notice any areas of resistance as you do this. Simply make observations about these areas as you explore the third eye and breathe into them with compassion and light in your heart. In your mind, repeat the following words. Perhaps allowing slight, soft movements into your arms and legs, slowly reawakening your senses. Trust in the strength of the third eye to guide you to self-discovery and growth. And take one final deep breath in. And breathe out. When you're ready, gently open your eyes. As you gently return to the present moment, carry this sense of clarity and inner knowing within you. Trust the wisdom that has revealed itself today, even if it arrives in a quiet feeling rather than clear words. As you move through your day, pause when you need guidance and place your awareness on your third eye and allow your intuition to lead with calm confidence. May you see clarity, trust your inner vision, and walk forward with wisdom, peace, and purpose this week. These meditations are intentionally short. Sometimes the hardest part of meditation is simply getting started. By keeping these sessions brief, I'm trying to create an easy, approachable way to build consistency without the pressure. Even just a few focused minutes can help you reconnect with yourself, calm your mind, and create space for clarity. Remember, it's not about how long you meditate, it's about showing up. One breath, one moment at a time. As always, thank you so much for joining me. I look forward to next week when we'll explore the crown chakra.
